Sustainability, technology, customer habits and people are just a few of the drivers and trends that are shaping the industry today. We aim to be the vehicle that accelerates growth by empowering innovation mindset across the organization to get one step ahead to the challenges presented by this world of exponential change.

We have developed a design thinking methodology to approach every single challenge that arises.
We explored the customer journey of a fast fashion consumer to see what the happy points as well as the pain points are in their purchasing journey. By doing this, we established the 2 major insights which shaped our product design.
Our insights shaped our solution. We found that consumers did not really understand what fast fashion does, nor it’s negative impact. Furthermore, consumers associate poor quality with sustainability. Our qualitative and quantitative research proved that eduacting consumers would encourage them to make better purchasing decisions. Our solution, Eco-Scan, allows consumers to get real-time data on their purchases to lower their carbon footprint.
We also looked at the launching stages, the financing, revenue stream and expected results.
